Cooks well, useless display and botched shipping. First of all, I love Panasonic products. This was to replace a 9 year old model that worked fine until I snapped the latch off with a bulky sweatshirt. There are two parts to this review. How it was shipped and the product itself.Purchased this from Amazon directly and with Prime shipping. The product supplier link has changed twice in 3 weeks and is no longer from Amazon. The Panasonic box was put, I’d like to say dropped, into another box upside down despite the arrows depicting that it is to be shipped right side up. I say dropped because there are no handles on the bottom of the Panasonic box. Labels was slapped on it that way and it went from dock to dock, truck to truck that way. The know had rough spots when turned and there was an occasional noise coming from the bottom of the unit.As for the unit, I did try it out. It absolutely defrosted and cooked more evenly. What really bothered me was the display quality and feature. I had it on a very nice…
